The girls on staff were really mean. My guy waiter was nice. All night I heard the girls wish everyone who left a happy holiday but when I left they said nothing, and I was a normal customer, not a Karen. They really killed the vibe there. The one had a huge attitude. There’s no reason for it. I can’t pull that sht at my job and still have one. Unprofessional staff overall. So judgy. And staff flirts with each other the whole night, dancing on each other too. Sits at bar. Inattentive. Go somewhere else. There’s lots of seafood places. Wish I just kept my money. Horrible experience.
A few years back this place was under different management and may I say whoever took over HAS TURNED THE RESTAURANT AROUND IN A FULL 360! The ambiance is wonderful and the team is coming together well , I will say a lot more work to do but since I returned I say this is the best experience I’ve had and i swore I’ll never return but the new management changed my mind .. DONT WALK RUN DOWN TO WEST ORANGE HOOK AND REEL !
My wife and I had a great time at H&R. She had a seafood rice. I had a crab salad due to a diet. Believe me, I am not a salad person. But this salad, is worth it! We both loved our meals. Best part is, spent less than $20! Unbelievable! And we both agree on getting back. Place is very nice. Young nice personnel with a smile. We recommend it. Give it a try! Service: Dine in

I highly recommend trying the potatoes, Cajun seafood, corn on the cob, and lobster. Each dish was exceptional, and the overall experience was outstanding!

I have been dining at this restaurant for a few years now, and I have always enjoyed the fresh and delicious food. The dishes are always delivered hot and I have never been disappointed. My favorite dish is the snow crab legs.
I usually order from this restaurant, but this time I had an issue. The crabs were undercooked and the potatoes and corn were not fully cooked either. On top of that, my order arrived cold.
the taste was great the portion however was terrible. the Snow Crab Legs were almost empty very disappointing especially with the money you spend
The Dungeness crab was delicious but the Crabmeat Fries seemed as though theyd been sitting around awhile and were not fresh and barely lukewarm
