Worst meal! I tried the fish. We couldn't eat them. Fries was cold. Talked to the manager. She said it was the Cod. She took our plates and never came back. Manager NEEDS to RETRAINED!!!! I never brought our ticket and never saw the server. Left a 20 on the table for the fried pimples that were good. They had 2 servers and hardly anyone in the restaurant. That should have been a hint! Got there at 12:45 and at 1:30.
We came around 1ish and just went around three. We ordered our food and it took 45 minutes to get it, and it was cold and two of the orders were grounded. We never got refills until the end and ended with a remake because it took a long time and we had an appointment to get:. It was serious about price for Stale cold food. I had really higher expectations, definitely ruined our experience with hoosters.
The app was grounded so that I could not place my order for Pickupbc that charged my card and takes it off. flew to the restaurant and placed the order and waited for almost an hour, although no one else had to rely on an order. When I came home, the chicken wasn't good. I felt it rushed and undercooked. Very disappointing, probably only gets to Wingstop for now....
Absolutely the worst Hooters in the USA, service is terrible, food was cold when it finally came out. Short staff, unprepared, I guess nobody wants to work here because it's a terrible place. Guys, don't waste you here, twin tips or other Hooters are much better. Book a table now
The restaurant was understaffed in the kitchen, resulting in my food not being prepared as I had ordered. It would have been helpful for them to inform customers about the staffing issue before they entered. I ended up waiting for over an hour for my meal.
This place has changed tremendously since the last time I ate here . The food was as lousy as the service was . How times have changed for the worse. Will we ever see the days when customer service was something that mattered?
I don't think I'll be back. The fries suck tast like cardboard.I could not even get a waitress to come to my table, as they both are too busy on the phones and kicking it with the cook.
