I ordered 20 mild buffalo shrimps and mild buffalo wings (a small order) at 3:00. The scheduled pick-up time was 3:30. I came 5 minutes early, so it wasn't surprising that my order was ready?t. I was glad to wait a few minutes as the girl in the front always mentioned. At 3:45 p.m., she came up and told me they were working on my order. Annoyed, but I understand. I'm busy. The real problem for me was to go through all this to get nothing but oily/fat shrimps and wings. When I order food that dips into the sauce, I don't expect any sauce oil. So disappointing lately. If I wanted cheap food, I would drive to the McDonalds thru and spend less time and money.
My friends and I waited over an hr for our food. Our server Cece was awesome. Very apologetic, friendly and just over all nice! definitely not her fault. I understand it was busy but a couple who got there after my friend and I got their food before ours. Cece did apologize and say the cook told her that the order would be coming up and she said the table behind us had a big order. Like I stated not her fault her service was great! just the overall wait on the food was bad but Cece was awesome! can't stress that enough
Today I ordered Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, actually two. It was disgusting! I thought it was just my son, but my son also said it was hard to bite. It was definitely under boiled and I let the waitress know. She said she would let the manager know. The waitress thought I'd get a discount at least because I ordered wings upstairs. She never talked to me, nor did I get a discount. Below is a picture, you can see yourself! Yuk!
Made an appointment days in advance and they were not prepared for us. They had booked two other parties same size- if not larger then ours and couldnât manage them. We were made to fit people into a seat table. Also never mentioned a service fee, had to ask our waitress at the end what that was about. Book a table now
Put your hands down! The best Hooters I have for years. The service was quick and friendly. Our beautiful waitress Steph offered amazing service. The food was delicious and the drinks were on point.
Would of been nice the minute I walked in the door I would of a got a kiss greeting on both cheeks from two hooter girls and a tight hug to warm my heart away before I ate my meal
Inflation is taking itâs toll on the price. Not crowded. Waitress was attentive. Received our salads after our wings.
Server and general manager had a horrible services. Never going back again Book a table now
