I’ve been coming here for years, but ever since the new owner took over, it’s gone down hill. The pizza quality got worse, cheesesteaks thinner and over the last two years, the customer service skills of the employees has gotten worse. Simple orders get messed up and trying to make a “simple” food request (like cheesesteak no roll for my gluten sensitive son) recently was harder than asking a toddler to make the entire order we had. Even then, the toddler would have understood the request better. I called Shiloh market and the lady understood the order on the first mention. Constant attitude with the little girls at the counter, and because of that, y’all have lost yet another customer.
Since the move to Hopewell 5 years ago, we ordered a handful of time from here. We were loyal customers of another facility because of the extended menu. After we had 3 terrible experiences in 2 weeks, we stopped ordering from the other place and ordering from here. I have my first order of wingzings today, and I have to say I'm pretty happy. I would give them a 7 out of 10, only available for the limited number of sauces. But the quality is also quite good and tasty. And now that I know that our favorite delivery driver from the other branch works for you, you have definitely hooked us up. Friendly service and good quality food has earned you another loyal customer.

Faster and faster service. I usually order the same half-party tablet and a whole cheese steak with Stromboli. Pizza is so good, Stromboli taste amazing, and the cheese steak is the best in South Jersey!!! I would make a picture, but so excited when it arrived, I disappeared and even my 3 years old loved eating half the half. I won't order a cheese steak... in any case, you'll try the abdominal bush, you know for one reason.
