We had an excellent dining experience with great food and exceptional service. My wife, our two grandchildren, and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal, though the salad selection was a bit limited. I indulged in Salisbury steak for the first time since junior high and couldn't resist it. The homemade mashed potatoes were large and delicious, and we all loved the best onion rings we’ve ever had. The portions were enormous, and three of us took home leftovers. Highly recommended!
Very good service. Waitress very polite. Great management. Beautiful scenery. Ample parking. Delicious food. I had a western omelette with cheese and bacon with corn beef hash and toast. My fiancé had scrabble eggs with cheese with bacon and cinnamon toast and lemon water. Prices are cheap and reasonable. They had lots of choices on the menu, hard to choose. Highly recommended.
Excellent food and extraordinary service. My wife and two grandchildren (and I) enjoyed the salad bar (a bit limited) and our entrees. I had Salisbury steak for the first time since junior high! Twice a week we have management meetings. Normally just coffee and bagels. I was driving back to my office and felt like stopping for a real breakfast for a change. I'm glad I did. Food was great. Service was top notch. And, the price was good. Now that I've found the Horizon I'll be coming back soon. Book a table now
Good classic diner. Nice lunchtime salad bar till 3pm. Good size portions, nothing especially extraordinary but fine of this type. I never had supper there . I usually stop there on my way out of town heading upstate. And can make lunch the main meal of the day.
