We first stumbled across Horn o Plenty 6 years ago on the way home from a family reunion on the Jersey Shore. Our son was less than a year old at the time and my wife thought I was taking her someplace secluded to kill her . It was an amazing meal and experience. We both love to support farm to table culture and this was as authentic as it gets. It was so good that 6 years later it was a no brainer for us to go back again (with an older and larger family) and it again did not disappoint. The food was just as good if not better than remembered and it will always be a food destination for our family. Thank you Horn o Plenty Family!!
Recommended by Bring Fido app because we were traveling with a large well behaved dog. Outside covered patio was absolutely perfect! The wait staff was fantastic. The food was fresh. I had the salmon BLT and a homemade apple-ginger soda. Both were high quality freshly made with homemade bread. I’m looking forward to trying other items on the menu. Open 11am-8pm
We were passing through Bedford and stopped in for an early lunch on our way out of town. We sat in the back patio which opens up onto the property's garden and it could not have been more relaxing or serene. The food was good we had a mushroom sandwich and a pulled pork sandwich and their homemade sodas were really special. The service was great too.
There is a sign on the door saying that they are a slow restaurant, and they meant it. We waited for almost a half an hour for the server to come to our table to take our order. The food, however, was fabulous and arrived fairly quick. Unfortunately, the server delivered the wrong food. It's a cute place, and we would definitely give it another try.

Disappointed in the taste of the vegetable stir fry. I added chicken, which was rather bland, as was the rest of the dish. My husband had the steak stir fry. He said it was more flavorful than my dish, but couldn't eat half the steak because of the amount of fat that had not been trimmed. The Dip Duo appetizer was good and our waitress was friendly.
With a decade of following this growing business, we are happier every time we visit. The waitstaff and kitchen crew are more professional and more engaged in the mission of the owners than before, while the food is memorably delicious. The love of plants grows, too.
We absolutely loved this place! What a hidden gem ! We waited for seating, which we literally never do. Soooooo happy we did! Everything was beyond delicious. We'll be back.
I absolutely loved this place. The food was fresh and yummy. The atmosphere reminded me of some places I visited in Costa Rica. I would 100% go back.
