A mismanaged beauty. If you are looking for reviews to decide whether or not to go on the Wine and Cheese Tour and Tasting, don't do it in my opinion. Go to Subaida Quesos that for the same price will receive a superior experience. The visit was short and without content. We first visited the winery, completely turned off, dark and out of operation. And then we went to a tasting space at 40 degree temperatures (literally), where you could barely breathe from the heat (completely unnecessary because the establishment has plenty of space in the hotel to solve the lack of air conditioning or high temperatures). . The setting is beautiful, one of the staff, a lady who seems to do everything was nice. But that’s it. The website claims there is breakfast, lunch and dinner service but we were only provided with breakfast. Whenever we enquired about lunch or dinner, we were told the kitchen was closed. There was no one to check us in or out; The wifi only worked in the reception area; the toilet sometimes flushed, sometimes didn’t; there were barely any staff that I had scour cupboards in hallways looking for bottled water; the small fridges in the rooms were a joke. This place is so weird. Complete absence of personal. Nobody is there for check-in and check-out. We waited one hour for the check-in outside the facility and nobody answer the phone.
