Coming from Toronto my family and I went to Hoss for dinner. In short I will never ever come back. Maybe it was just one of those days but my experience at Hoss was horrible to say the least. The salad bar looked sad with almost empty bins of what was supposed to be soup, bread and salad. Moreover, there was only one chef in the kitchen and it took over an hour to get our meals out. What made me angry was that even after waiting what seemed like forever, the food wasn 't that great. Again maybe it was one of those days. But I would not want to go through that again. I’ve had reasonable experiences at Hoss’s in the past, but this location was quite disappointing. When we arrived, there was no host at the front desk to greet or seat us, so we had to wait until a waitress was available to assist us. When my husband’s meal was served, the waitress informed me that my order would take longer because another server had mistakenly delivered it to the wrong table, requiring them to remake it. The food was good, and I appreciated that the manager offered a discount on that meal. I'm not sure what has happened to this restaurant. The salad bar was nearly empty, and there seemed to be no sense of urgency to restock it. The soups were thick and mostly gone, and the chicken soup had raw carrots in it. There was no garlic bread available during our visit. The steaks were smaller compared to those at other steakhouses for the same price. On a positive note, our server was attentive, and the food arrived in a timely manner. I used to love this place, so it's disappointing to see it decline. We keep coming back, but I really hope the manager or owner will take notice and make improvements. Hoss', you’re losing customers to other restaurants—it's time for a change.

my steak was slightly overcooked but no big deal. the salad bar could have been a little better. my server was very attentive and nice. the atmosphere only got 4/5 because there was a child on the other side of the aisle relentlessly kicking his seat and being very loud which annoyed me.
The pricing for Hoss's is getting out of hand for the quality they offer but the food was good. My son got the 15 fried shrimp with a loaded baked potato. I will say the cocktail sauce had nice a bite to it. I had the 6 oz sirloin in a honey glaze sauce. It was a bit sweet but tasty.
Great service. Kelly was wonderful. She helped me through the entire menu. Patient and kind. I was just passing through so I probably won’t be back BUT if your In the area and want some come style cooking and good service stop by here. If I’m ever back in town I’ll be back!
The food was OK for fast food. The staff were super busy, they surely work hard for their money. We were happy to leave a big tip. . The salad bar was nice, however I really miss the old brown derby and Pizza Hut salad bars from years ago. Gosh, they were the best.

We were there mid-afternoon mid-week, so it was pretty empty. Even so, the soup and salad bar was well stocked and fresh. The servers were very kind and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
Everything was great during my visit. It had been a while since I was last there, but I enjoyed my experience.
