It is a whole experience. This is not a restaurant, in my opinion, to go to for a quick dinner or a snack. Here, you should take your time, sit back, and relax.The service is old-school in the best way, and that takes time, so...waiting between courses should be expected, but you will have excellent wine to keep you company. They have an extensive wine list, and if you are not an expert, I would recommend asking the sommelier, as I did, for advice on what to order to ensure it fits your taste and your budget. It is by no means a cheap restaurant, but I don't think you would expect it to be. As a reference, we got a lovely Chablis premier cru for around 45 euros, but you can go lower or much...

we visit this restaurant for years and even now, in its new format, it remains the best in the city. we had served some great pate foie gras, kalbs and pavlowa perfectly and of course washed with a very inexpensive chablis from a wine. list of more than 1,000 bottles.

reception. of course, a big weeping list where they can make a good choice. we just dimmed here. the dishes were perfectly presented and the food was excellent. definitiw must be one when they are in the region.

beautiful eating, personal scilled, and of course wein lace class. we, where about 10 years ago, so expectations were high, but we, where not disappointed.

Beware this restaurant for a lack of ventilation too many people crammed in. The food wine were fine but neither my wife or I felt comfortable
