We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It's quiet, chic boutique in Epernay, we're in love with. Customer service was mainly food, their food was simply gastronomic! Food after dinner during our dinner! The quality of the food was excellent, also according to its taste! It justifies his Michelin star restaurant title! We also tried the spa that we really enjoyed. We had a sauna dive to relieve exhaustion after a long flight. Stop the good workers!
From the beginning to the end it was perfect. Tasting menu fell on the ground Service, meals, frame, drinks... at the top I highly recommend this restaurant. Make it again because perfect.
