Hostellerie St-Martin

We were staying in the hotel after our visit to the new British Memorial for the Normandy Landings and are so glad had found it as it was lovely and cool in spite of the tremendous heat. We had a fantastic meal. We had the...menu de Sillans which is the most expensive at 37 euros. My husband had 6 huge oysters. I had the feuillete d'escargots which was very garlicky and delicious. Turbot, steak, cheese and pudding followed. All wonderful. A typical good French menu. A great start to our holiday.

as a guest of the hotel I ate here a few times during my stay. they get a real French culinary experience with a varied menu and many unique styles to choose from. service is fast and the meals come quickly for such. a fine dining atmosphere. the grilled sea bass is exceptional! if they are not sure of the menu, their server, often one of the two brothers operating the device, will lead them through the process. a truly authentic French culinary experience.

we have just returned from a beautiful evening restaurant in the hostellerie saint martin. a fabulous menu with many interesting options and our whole food has been presented beautifully and with impeccable service, delicious crying and a super culinary ambiente. we wouldn't hesitate. a visit to recommend excellent food, wonderful service and a unique escapade. thanks, team!

we tried this restaurant during the juni. excellent eating and friendly service from the two owners (brothers I think.) good menu for eating and wein (if required in English available.) we enjoyed our first visit so much, we have booked for another night. which was not disappointed again. in any case recommend a visit.

what can they not love about this hotel. Typically French, full of history, wonderful restaurant with wonderful weeping, charming and exceptional friendly owners who speak English. in any case again.
