By far best bagel in the area. Would give 5 stars but knocked off one for the customer service. The two ladies there working had zero personality and seemed like they just hate life. I got maybe 3 words out of the lady. All I got was a “Next” when it was my turn to order, didn’t even ask me what I wanted and then I was told the price and got no response to me saying thank you and have a good day. I came in the store saying good morning and thank you after I placed my order so I don’t get the lack of common courtesy and simple conversation. Would I go back….I would for the delicious bagel, but if I get that kind of interaction again it might not be worth it after that.
I cannot comment on the food, but I can discuss the customer service at this restaurant. When I walked in, the woman behind the register did not greet me with a traditional "How can I help you?" but instead just said "Yea." When I ordered a BLT on rye bread, she did not politely inform me that they do not have that option. Instead, she bluntly commented that it sounds good, but they do not offer it because they are a kosher store and do not have any bread. This was my first time at the restaurant, and there was no website or phone number available for me to check this information beforehand. I found this treatment to be quite terrible, to be honest.
The service at this restaurant was unpleasant and disrespectful. I had called ahead to order a bagel for pick up, as the line can often be long. When I arrived, two women behind the counter gave me a rude look and claimed that they had ordered the bagel for themselves. The woman with blonde hair even gave me a scornful glance. The whole interaction made it seem like it was a hassle for them to make just one bagel, even though it was not busy at the time. This was not the first time I had experienced rudeness from the staff here, so I do not plan on returning.
Ordered tuna fish on a bagel. Ended up with a bag with a bagel with cream cheese instead. I called and had to come back to pick up my original orer. They gave me a bag which I checked and again was not tuna fish on a bagel. They them gave me my correct bag with my tina fish bagel. No I'm sorry, Just an attitude that I inconvienced them. Meh

I think the line out the door says enough about their bagels. Make sure you know what you’re ordering cause they’re very no bs. Cash only, atm inside and next door at the convenience store.
This is the best restaurant in the area. It is always crowded on weekend mornings, with a line out the door. My only wish is that they would offer sandwiches on their menu.
