I am a huge fan of the Hot Harry's chain, having first discovered it in Massachusetts at their Pittsfield and Dalton locations. So when I moved to East Greenbush and saw a Hot Harry's nearby, I was thrilled. My favorite part about the brand is their Burrito of the Month. However, after trying to order it three times over three different months, I've been disappointed each time because the location couldn't make it due to missing ingredients or running out. The burrito of the month was perfect and an excellent blend of spices as a matter of fact had I gotten that by itself this review would of been a 4 out of 5 stars, Seeing as how I love food and decided to get chips and guacamole with it but that was when things turned sour. No pun intended but I ordered guacamole not sour cream please don?t reuse the same utensils your using to make them people can literally taste it and someone can be allergic. The food was enjoyable, and I sympathized with the young person who answered the phone and unfortunately got yelled at by a customer. He handled it well, which I appreciated. However, there was one issue: one of the staff members was wearing a t-shirt with food stains on it. While I had no complaints about the cleanliness of the restaurant or the food itself, that t-shirt did look unkempt.

Since when did you leave food before doors are closed? BAD MANAGEMENT! ps made a special trip there. 10 Mike's out of the way. Don't go there before 19:45 because they could close early!
I usually enjoy their food, but lately, it has been declining with each visit. On my last few trips, the chips were cold, and the portion sizes seem to be shrinking. Additionally, I’ve noticed that the owner is often rude to both his employees and customers. I typically go once a week, but I might reconsider returning.
Not bad first time I've ever been here. Smells Amazing inside, friendly staff, nice little Mexican spot. I was encouraged to try the smothered Stk Burrito! It was huge plus chips and Salsa. Stk had Great flavor, fresh veggies. Overall happy for a fast food Mexican spot. Definitely check it out ?
The food seemed very fresh. We got the classic griller which is basically a taco stacked and grilled between a tortilla shell. Rice and beans, grilled chicken, quac, salsa and queso!! All very good. Will definitely be back!

This place is fantastic! I’m from Michigan and had never heard of it before, but I’m really glad we decided to stop by. The Salsa Bar is a great concept, and the portion sizes are just right.
I really appreciate the value and the bean salsa, and the staff is very friendly. I prefer this place over Chipotle.
