Hot Star Large Fried Chicken had served well-flavored hot chicken. The first time I had the chicken I was thrilled and was hoping to come again. It was nicely seasoned and tender. When I came here again I tried the chicken bites. Again it was nicely-seasoned, tender and melts in your mouth. After that pleasant experience, the final time I came here, it was also the last time I would come here. The chicken was carelessly littered with heavy seasoning. There is much room for improvement in terms of the service and ambience at the Hurstville branch of Hot Star Large Fried Chicken, but the food namely, the chicken, even if not boned/de-boned and conceptually, nothing special isn't that bad It was good to have tried this branch of Hot Star but we are unlikely to return for seconds, as the service was slow and poor, with the counter guys having no command of English and stuffing up orders; the food having a greasy after-taste, accompanied by guilt and regret, and being so low yield and low value; and the place being a cause of obstruction to thoroughfare in Hurstville Central and of an acrid smell in Hurstville Central.
It's so comical that the piece of chicken is bigger than my face! The meat itself was tender and succulent. I usually don't go for schnitzeled food but I don't mind this type of costing. I really enjoyed the chilli powder not for the feint hearted and the sweet potato fries are god send.
Who could resist the humongous chunk of aromatic and the umami flavour of chicken? It was crunchy, juicy, salty, and freaking addictive to eat. Not to mention the curly chips and the deep fried mushroom. Simply devineBut it was kind of expensive, in comparison w/ a complete KFC meal

this eniticing and drool worthy aroma when they pass hotter star is tempting. waiting for her to eat can be a bit long and service overall is in order, but there is definitiw space for improvements. but their mushrooms, sweet potato and curvy pommes are soouo de-li-cious!
the chicken is just delicious. it's just like taking away all the other hot stars. it is located in the station hurstville, on the side of the escalators I have to say deep fried food tastes good. but hot star roasted chicken and chips are only divine cash and cards

Food was decent and hella bad for you. Service was **** though. I don't like the elitist feel that the staff bring out. Your serving me fried chicken calm the f down.
