This Family run hotel is in a good location in Baden Baden just a short pleasant walk to the centre of town. There is parking onsite some in a garages area, the location would be a good base for touring the Black Forest and surrounding...areas. There is a bar and restaurant, Both unfortunately close as we were a week before the season really starts, both looked OK The reception staff (one of the family) were very welcoming, friendly and informative on things to do and see. First impression the place looks tired ,the reception was very welcoming ,when shown to our room . Although the room was very dated it was very clean but only had one bed side table . And shower head was in a very low position (room...16 We decided to eat here because of the good reviews on the restaurant and the Greek food did not disappoint, the staff could not do enough. All in all we would stay again. keep working on the decor guys ps the owners came over from Greece just over a year ago not having run a hotel or restaurant before they both went to school to learn German for a year , also good English . athos is a small, old-fashioned and very cozy hotel, as in the good old days. the atmosphere here makes them happy and so also the super friendly and helpful Greek manager (own free parking are included in the appropriate room prices. breakfast is opulent....Eggs, yogurt, cheese, meat, big croissants, damn good coffee. they can be in approx. 10 minutes to walk through the magnificent Val Gardena Allée, which leads them directly to all actions. only complain: if they get a room with a view of the road, it is quite loud. ask for a quiet room.
I spent a night in the hotel with woman and child. it is simple, not luxurious, but very clean, good and well located. very good cost advantage. it is 10 minutes to walk from the Val Gardena Avenue to the city, so even the walk is a good program. the owners are a very nice Greek couple, very friendly. the restaurant was full of people in the night, I did not eat there, but it saw me a good option. I recommend it.

a very warm welcome in a local “Feel” hotel. quiet, so in the location, with the windows opening, which is important, as there is no air conditioning. but the light and the atmosphere make this out. here 1 night, very tasty and not small...in portion. big breakfast made slightly different than the pictures because c19, but a varied breakfast served all with a smile.
On arrival we wer shown wer to park our bikes in the secured garage and then given a free beer Rooms wer clean and spotless so a good nights sleep was had by all Next morning breakfast buffet was served an everything again was...superb. We would recommend this hotel as it's in walking distance of the town centre but not town centre prices !
We had dinner in the outside cool and fresh patio under the tree. The waiter is such kind and sweet. Food was excellent, we ordered two meat dishes, all meat was tender and juicy, potatoes were crispy outside soft inside. Excellent price. I would high...recommend this restaurant and would love to go back.
we never go to eat! 1.5 std should wait gyros that local wsr not even full of our salat we have even after 1.5 std. my man had gyros with sulflaki, probably no longer exist. I gyros that didn't taste at all, much fat-cnorbel etc. terrible! I know what gastronomy means!

this is a fantastic hotel with very friendly service and free parking, in a great location easy to foot in the center of bathing. nothing negative to say, only totally recommended. and now there is a great restaurant before place also with authentic. Greek cuisine.
