I reserved for January 2020, following personal problems and separation I couldn't go there but I warned them in advance. Then the covid will block us. Now that everything came back in order I'll contact them since I sent a deposit. The answer was unpleasant by telling me that I would not recover my money and that I could not reschedule a date, since more response from them. I am very disappointed with people really not listening and understanding for their customers, as if I had done it on purpose to have personal concerns.
