Bad experience! I strongly disagree. Don't be fooled. I booked a room for two nights, specifying I'd be here between 10:00 and 24:00. I was told there was no problem. I arrived at 23.00 and unfortunately I didn't find anyone waiting for me! I've always called the two numbers that were there but without result. At the bar next door, they told me I wasn't the only one who was forgotten. It happens often.
