Hotel du Commerce - Table reservation

The server is really very friendly, but the establishment itself is a catastrophe. The room is dirty, spider canvas right next to our table, the walls of an incredible crasse, the candlestick on the table with the rest of the previous customers, the same pepper, the bottle of water I didn't even dare to drink the water it contained,... in view of the state of the dirt I dare not imagine the kitchen and we didn't eat well at all I had warmed cannelonni at least 3 times so hard they were and with spices to mask taste, a meat paste like warming up I don't know how many times... really unsuitable. This restaurant would deserve a passage from the health inspection and should not even be opened.

We had a sunny lunch during our visit of Plombières-les-bains. The waiter made jokes with our children and served them an excellent chicken with fries. My wife had the vegetarian menu which was correct. Myself, I had a menu with tasty smoked ham and mushrooms and an excellent mackerel with mirabelles and bacon. We sat outside where we enjoyed the sun and the post-market athmosphere in this small town. This is an excellent option for a good bang for buck option with a family!

This restaurant has nothing gastronomic. The dishes are insipid and poorly presented. I opted for the 39€ menu including elastic scallop nuts, beef meat too cooked and an industrial dessert without any interest. The service lets you wish: slowness, dubious jokes ...Bref, don't waste your money in this restaurant defrosted and pass your way.

Good address, I was there with friends, for lunch.Good fine cuisine, but, served not hot enough. damaging, nevertheless the friendly setting, normal service, all food made home.good appetite....
