Poor portion for the price .Quality of the food very poor .this restaurant is gone down hill since are last visit .when asking about gluten in the food the staff have no idea !!! Considering other restaurant in the area advertise which dish is safe...this restaurant is failling behind others who by law must tell you about it .Following are visit my wife who is allergic to gluten was very sick. Warning the cheapest bottle of wine is 20 euros!!!
Nice and child friendly, but most French establishments are, The food we ate was good, mussels excellent! well they would be around this area, steaks o.k. if a little gristly. Red mullet dish for us was the best of all the dishes, cooked well with a lovely sauce. Desserts were a disappointment running out of quite a lot from the menu and for France the crème brulee was just O.K. service friendly.
As the title suggests.....Meager helpings at this venue. Mullet with fries. A large hand sized stone heated in the oven with a wafer-thin fillet of fish draped over it and twelve thin curled slices of potato deep fried (fries/chips). What a disapointment.Sent back a bottle ( €20 ) of Rose' vinegar and chose a white instead (€20).......VINEGARCant say anymore.......a long drive back to Mc Donald's

This restaurant is not fine dining but we had a satisfying lunch in which they were flexible in allowing us to combine the buffet starter with a Mussels main course and dessert from the main list. Despite being off-season, it was busy (mainly what appeared to be local workers and retired people) and the menu de jour mentioned in a different review was very popular.

We have eaten here many times, and have never been disappointed,food is always excellent and staff always welcoming and friendly, especially Helen the lovely Irish lady, Can highly recommend the lunch buffet starter, and always the fresh fish.
Stopped here for lunch. 14 euro for buffet starter, choice of 5 main meals cooked order and buffet cheese followed by dessert. Incredible value but very high quality food. Service is fast, excellent and professional. Well worth a stop. Book a table now
