Hotel Happy Filzmoos

This was our third visit to Filzmoos skiing and we always get drawn back to the happy. It is a lovely place that is good for everything. We often lunch here to have a break from skiing and they have a great range of traditional warming Austrian soups and goulash. They also do a brilliant gluwhein and delicious hot chocolate with rum. Apres ski here is never a disappointment. The music, drinks, atmosphere are all top notch and everyone has a great time, including families.We have also returned later in the evenings for a few meals here which were also good quality. Ate here twice during our ski holiday, both in the evening.We arrived in time to have a couple of drinks in the bar before our meal, very friendly staff and nice There was a group of 8 of us, 4 adults and 4 teenagers, the service was good, the menu had plenty of choice including good vegetarian options,all the meals came at the same time and tasted great.Thoroughly enjoyable evening - recommended

We don't stay at this hotel but on a sunny day love to sit at the outside tables with a drink and watch the skiers coming down the slope opposite. Martin the waiter is very friendly and welcoming, so much so that we returned 3 or 4 times during our holiday last week.

We haven't stayed here, just used the outside for lunch and apres ski drinks. Service is very good and the food and drinks are as good as anywhere.. We'd go again!

Great atmosphere. Good for apres ski, cheap food and dancing! Simple food like burgers, pizza, with traditional Austrian food too.
