For any hotel it's important that the rooms are well designed, user friendly and comfortable, Sadly none of these things were true of the room I was given at this hotel. The room was supposed to be a double but was tiny, white walls, white ceiling and white bedding made it look like a hospital side room, There was no kettle, no coffee, no fridge, a complementary bottle of mineral water but no glass to drink it from, there were no USB points for charging phones or tablets or laptops, A tiny desk so cluttered with hotel info that you couldn't work at it, and no shelves to move it to, Strange electric sockets meant my European adapter didn't work. There was one easy chair, no room for any more....
