I remain factual: 1. order a 300g matured steak: service of very fatty and too small meat. Service of an additional piece after dispute, just as fatty and not very thick (see photos). 2. cordon bleu made with a cutlet that is too thin, with liquefied munster. 3. order error not replaced (salad requested without dressing served with it). 4. My partner and I were in this restaurant, the setting is pleasant, the waitress knows her job, there is no waiting in the kitchen. But what a disappointment for the matured steak, very fatty meat and I did not find it tender despite being cooked blue. Another thing is a shame that there is not more choice in unripe meat because only 1 choice and there was no more so we had to take 1 matured one. Otherwise the entries nothing to say Too bad I was happy to eat matured meat.
