the hotel building looks rather impressing, but a look at the tempting menu convinced me at dinner here. the dining room is small and somewhat too dark. this is compensated for by the courtesy welcome and friendly service throughout the evening meal. Eating...was really delicious. as a starter I chose a mixed salad fresh and generous. as a main course I enjoyed a really delicious risotto with tête de moine cheese and local ajoie sausages. the arrival with the train is very comfortable, as the restaurant is located directly opposite the glovelier railway station.
L'aspect extérieur du restaurant de la Gare (juste en face de la gare) ne paye pas de mine. Dans l'assiette, c'est tout le contraire. Cuisine régionale fraîchement préparée avec des produits locaux. Plats faits maison, originalité et saveurs. Le chef de cuisine, tout comme le service en salle, sont à la hauteur. Consulter la carte des mets et se laisser conseiller, tout comme pour le vin. Petite terrasse en été. Et si un des excellents desserts n'est pas suffisant, vous avez juste à côté un artisan chocolatier avec son magasin La Chocolatière.

So mussten wir halt unverrichteter Dinge, enttäuscht und hungrig weitergehen ins Rest. de la Post, wo es ein saftiges Sandwich gab.

Freundlicher Empfang, ruhige Atmosphäre und angenehmer Service. Vom Entrée bis zum Dessert, inkl. der ausgewählten Käse, war alles frisch, innovativ und köstlich. Sowohl das Pfeffer als auch die Filets vom Hirsch warfen vorzüglich zubereitet. Wir freuen uns aufs nächste Mal!
Pas mal, service agréable, bon choix de vin, menu de St Valentin varié. Qualité prix à revoir par contre! Lieu assez quelconque et le repas ne justifie pas le prix, très moyennement conquis. Ne demande qu'à s'améliorer, encore un effort
