A colleague and I were here last week for a business trip in Ulm, we found that the staff was very courteous and friendly. The rooms are in good condition and those we had have balcony that acclimates on a cold March morning until day a pleasure. The food was made to a very good standard and the breakfast area was clean and very well presented. I miss the scrambled eggs and bacon. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our colleagues. Menu: Lot of choices, and the dishes that passed by look beautiful. There was put a lot of effort in presentation and it tasted great. Restaurant: the weather was good so we sat outside in the courtyard which was very cosy. We had a great dinner.
Although not pre-booked, on arrival at the hotel, the staff had enabled us (9 people) to enjoy a (late) dinner. Menu is varied (also for children) and delicious. A fixed choice for dinner while staying at the hotel!
