He waited 20 minutes on the terrace. The waiter saw me and indeed a French couple who had noticed how long I sat there, called the waiter and pointed out that I had not been served. He looked at me and then didn't come to take my order. It was just over lunch, busy, but many empty tables and most people looked like they were served or in the process of eating. Left, as it was obvious for whatever reason, he had no intention of serving me. Terrible service!
