)Very helpful and friendly staff at restaurant and specially their chef and the responsible lady for the restaurant. Since we are vegetarians they never bother to come directly and ask what they can prepare for us. Kaiserbad in Vital center is a good value for money. Hotel location and Atmosphere is awesome. And other facilities such as Vital center is really good. )Upon checking in nobody has explained hotel policies e.g. Breakfast and dinner times) and nobody their us to show the way to our room since we had a hard time to find it. One male staff at the reception was ride and helpless. No variety in breakfast for vegetarians.
Enjoy here during a stay at the hotel for a few nights at five years. Would highly recommend. I was alone, but was welcoming, the menu was extensive and offered both the usual types of dish, but also some really beautiful salads that are exceptional. Would you recommend the Schnitzel and the chicken salad (sports salad) and I saw some beautiful deserts, but had no time. Menu in German, which is good, as I can speak German, but could see that there are some lazy English speakers, by the way, is not a negative point!! All in all great restaurant, friendly staff and would come back!!
One of the few places in Austria we visited with great service. The waiters are extremely friendly and accept the menu orders without any problems. The decoration is very Austrian and the waiters are also dressed. In any other place I would say this is just too much, but there with a great mountain view it fits the scene. Food was good for a very mixed group of people. There are some vegan dishes.
We went there because I wanted goulash soup. On the Internet we found the menu. Imagine my deception when I was told there was none. The second article I wanted was in the apartment: original Wiener schnitzel. Probably the best I ever had. And I had some. So look. Also very good, the service; friendly, fast and competent.
