this elegant hotel. I loved the room I was given. I had a balcony, but no chair I sat on while I enjoy it. I would have been happier if I had a kiss for adult and a “bowl” to heat water...for tee. I was told that I would have to pay for heated water in the morning. my bed hit every time I moved. I traveled with a tour and the porter from the hotel put my luggage on the wrong stage. I had to look for it. the food they served was good, not everyone had luck getting a piece of ****. I would not stay here again, even if the hotel was nice and very clean, simply because the service and the conveniences were not rated to the stars.
beautiful, well maintained hotel. pet friendly, but they pay extra and our not shed, do not bark, clean 6 kilopoche is better behave and quieter than most children. very good breakfast and the location is only 15 minutes from the old city center. innsbruck the bottom was our room had no air conditioning and we would have paid the extra 20 euro for an air-conditioned room. all in all not bad for about €120.
we were here as part of the cosmos tour. the hotel lobby is beautiful! they have a beautiful terrace right in front of the evening meal and it was nice to sit there in a hot summer night in the mai! At night there was nothing extravagant. the breakfast was okay. the room was a little small, but if they go through here, it'll be good.
they lead a beautiful hotel. a bit of bland and evening shift reception has unpassioned teens who prefer social media customer service. clean nice room and ok breakfast. good parking when they board early. combination of location, peice and quality ok for us because we don't want a city center.

Service was a little hit and miss but this was probably because of the size of our party (40+). The food was decent albeit it chicken again.... Fruit salad was tinned....
Very nice hotel near Innsbruck with lots of parking. Nice breakfast. Thanks to the receptionist who solved a problem with our reservation with patience and kindness.
The room has no aircon. Even dining room is hot! Breakfast buffet had very few choices and dinner was not good at all. Very disappointing ????
Enjoyed a fine meal in the well appointed Rumerhof restaurant unfortunately the Service let it down badley and it wasn't even busy.

Only good staff is the breakfast person. Food is serviceable. No A/C. It was 29c. It's old and needs refurbishment.
