A Hasparren institution with its magnificent trinquet adjoining the hotel restaurant. As for the hotel, the rooms are spacious, the bedding very comfortable, all the services are of high standard. The recently starred restaurant is excellent and lives up to its new reputation. For those who love it, seeing the chefs at work through the open kitchen is a real spectacle. To top it off, they are also very friendly. The breakfast is also absolutely delicious. We feel a huge desire to do well and to welcome customers, and it's been successful in every way. A must to visit when visiting the Basque Country.

This restaurant amazed us with the creation of its dishes and pastries. Lots of research and innovation in its presentation. The welcome is very professional and warm. Relaxed atmosphere.
