We have come to Zuma in London since its very beginning. Best Japanese restaurant in town till this date. There are many copy cats but they do not reach the same overall level. We have lived in NY the past 8y and also there we have come to Zuma since the very beginning. NY never reached the level of London. This week we have been three times to Zuma in Kitzbuhel and that is very close to the London standard and much better than NY. Congratulations. We will be back again when the seasons starts and we are hoping it will become a full year round restaurants soon.
Highly, highly recommended!!! ️ A real experience for those interested in modern Japanese cuisine. The “signature menu” covers an excellent tour of Japanese cuisine. Very attentive service at the table. Open kitchen and atmospheric, elite ambience. Be sure to reserve early. The bar area is also a good address for spontaneous drinks. The quality of food and its presentation is exceptional! Great choice, it is difficult to decide. Very variable in quantity, how much you want to order or eat. Something weer is the kind of operation. There are six different service personnel at the table. Talk to Englsich, sometimes in German. Music appealing, but even in two, entertainment is difficult. But you like to buy that for quality!
We had a great evening at Zuma Kitzbühl. We took the menu that made us very happy and made culinary surprises. Very recommended when you are in Zuma for the first time. Sabrina from the service has wonderfully accompanied us on this culinary journey and immersed in the world of Zuma. The ambiance was very lively, supported by cool beats. We like to come back.

A visit is worthwhile and remains unforgivable. Open wines at too high price were irritating. € 35, for an eighth were new to me. International team I find great, creates a very special flair. Too bad that the reservation is only max. 2 hours, we are sure to come back, this great ambience and matching background music were good at us. astrid

Delicious food. Music was way too loud. Service understaffed. We had to refill wine and sake glasses ourselves. Furthermore, language proficiency was lacking.
Very good ambience, music could be a bit more discreet. Eating topp quality, in service due to too high noise, the employees are not to be understood.
