Don't know what Hottle's everyone else went to and reviewed but this place sucks. Service was ridiculously slow and no, they weren't busy. Waited like 30 minutes for two dozen clams that still weren't done so I asked for our salads (which was the best part of our meal), got a dozen and waited another ten minutes for the second one. Meals came out, my husband ordered the surf and turf, steak didn't even look like a filet and wasn't cooked right .Baked potatoe was like it was sitting for hours under a lamp, couldn't eat it. I ordered what was supposed to be shrimp Alfredo .Alfredo sauce was watery and disgusting tasting. We will never come back here again.
I only gave a one-star because it's the only way I can leave a review. It was absolutely the worst experience ever! The food was terrible the service was terrible everything about that place was terrible. I have always heard good things about it I don't know what place these people were talking about. Do not waste your time going there. You have a better experience at Crown Fried Chicken. Definitely better food. Total waste of money and time! They should be ashamed of themselves
I gave this restaurant a one-star rating because the meaI I ordered which was chicken scampi had a weird taste to it almost like Ramen noodles the rolls were not freshly baked and my Cesar salad wasn't good either. I would have ordered fish but there was only a few selections of white fish. Overall I was not happy with my meal the waitress however was very friendly and did a good job. I will not go back to this restaurant and I also would not recommend it to anyone else.
Food is delicious! Two big problems. A place was not busy and we waited for our food forever. Turns out the waitress never placed the order. We are in limited time, so this was a great setback on our time frame. Two, order didn't come right. Ordered 2 crabcakes and received only one. Potato was wrong. Veggies was wrong. No time to wait for Fix again. Long wait for drinks from the bar. Food is great, but be careful for slow and moderate service.

This use to be one of our fav restaurants so we were thrilled to hear it reopened. The decor upgrade is a plus, but the food was a downgrade. The menu isn't as extensive and the food is prepared in a more family-style, low-end way. Not the top shelf quality we were accustomed to at this restaurant. A great disappointment.
The food was amazing, and the prices are quite reasonable. As first-time visitors, we're definitely planning to return next week. The owners and the cook are wonderful; they interact with you as if they've known you forever.
