The cook really needs to be replaced. I was not impressed with the food at all; it was merely average—nothing special. The views of NYC were nice, but that’s about it. If you’re looking for great food, I suggest finding a different restaurant. We went for brunch, but I'm not sure why they even offer it; I suppose it's just a way to attract customers earlier in the day.
We waited 40 minutes for our food, even though the restaurant was empty. Meanwhile, other patrons who were seated after us received their meals and finished eating before we got ours. Additionally, we ordered an appetizer that never arrived. When our food finally came, it wasn’t even hot. We certainly won't be coming back.
The wings were very good; awesome flavor and full of meat. Unfortunately that was it. The pulled pork sandwich was extremely fatty, ribs lacked much meat and barely any sauce/taste and children's cheese burger was dry and extremely overcooked. The waitress seemed disinterested and wasn't very efficient.
The restaurant was only half full on a Friday night, yet I waited over an hour for a burger, two sandwiches, and some ribs. While it wasn’t the worst BBQ I’ve tasted, it certainly wasn’t the best either. The service was sluggish, and the food was just average. I won’t be returning. Book a table now
The food was decent, but the service was outstanding. There was no salt on the greens, but I appreciated having them available. The BBQ was fine, although we had very high expectations.
We enjoyed our lunch! Our server was attentive and beautiful and the convenience of being directly opposite the ferry is perfect. Would definitely go back.
