The staff consistently seem sour and unpleasant but we have noticed that they seem better with others, particularly classmates or other friends of the server, and there is differential pricing too.
Ambience is not bad, but there is limited seating inside the store. As for outside of it, there is seating in the lower food court. However, both are probably too noisy for an enjoyable and relaxing time with friends or by yourself.
