I really enjoy this restaurant. They have a variety of things for a variety of people. I especially love their daily menu. Always a few creative dishes and very well prepared. Steaks are outstanding and so are their fishshellfish dishes. Definitely not your typical German...restaurant. Another massive plus is the service is very attentive which is not always typical of Germany. This would be for sure one of the restaurants I would choose to eat at if visiting Amberg for a weekend
We really enjoyed our meal here. The seasonal menu had some good diversity and offered a nice change up from what is typical on German menus. Tried a pumpkin soup which was well seasoned and tasty. The steak was tender and flavorful and tried a...duck dish that had some unusual pairings with it that worked with it nicely. Affordable wine list and excellent service. Definitely worth a visit during a stay in Amberg
the best steak that my man and I have since arrived in Germany. we were shopping for our daughter's shoes and it had to dinner time. we were.
Very nice place. Good steaks and nice ambiance. I would highly recommend that you make reservations as most nights it's quite full
