My wife and I ordered the meat lovers omelette, which was supposed to come with onions and tomatoes, but neither of our omelettes included them. The biscuits were microwaved, leaving them tough and rubbery. Overall, the experience felt more like a dirty fast-food breakfast spot than a proper restaurant.
The one positive was our server, who was kind and attentive. As a restaurant owner of over ten years, I was very disappointed and can say we won’t be coming back to this location. The owner clearly lacks pride in the establishment, and Mayfield deserves better. We’re looking forward to Wilma’s reopening!
Lana was our waitress and she was amazing, along with another waitress who helped me when I couldn’t decide on my order. I kept changing my mind about the coffee and which pancakes to get, but both were more than happy to assist. Everyone was eager to help, including David and Tony, the cooks, who were friendly and attentive while preparing our meals.
In a time when good service is hard to come by, this place truly shines with its outstanding customer care. Thank you all for a wonderful experience! Special thanks to Eileen, another waitress—I really appreciate her help!
First time at this Huddle House. Was about what I expected. Servers were ok, ours was friendly. One of the other servers was complaining loudly about all sorts of stuff, and was rude to one of the customers who came in to pickup a called in order. Iunderstand that she was old and maybe didn't understand how the technology worked, but no reason to be loud and rude about it.
The servers seem quite overwhelmed and aren't treated well by their supervisor. I've witnessed the boss reprimanding two young servers in front of customers on multiple occasions. To be fair to the supervisor, they do seem overworked as well. However, the food was fantastic! The servers were truly wonderful young ladies!

Me and my wife when to this huddle house a 10:30 pm and had burger fries pie deal for $9.99 and the cheeseburger was the best I ever had at a huddle and and the pie and the fries was great 5 stars to all the works and the great staff 100% come back
The manager, who is also one of the head cooks, is truly fantastic. The food is excellent and is served quickly. The service is superb too. They offer a wide variety of menu options. Without a doubt, this is the best place to eat in town!
The waitress was sweet. You could tell the cook was in a hurry and didn't even toast out sandwiches. They were soggy. He fixed it though. My husband had cold fries at that point. Place is clean.
Staff was making everything fresh when I arrived and didn't take them long not to mention they where very friendly and welcoming. I love delivering for them. They r always friendly and quick.

The breakfast at Huddle House is outstanding, easily the best in the Mayfield area. Using coupons makes it an even better deal. The staff delivers exceptional service.
