We (me, my wife and two boys) actually ended up eating here on two separate evenings, which to the credit of HUE COCOTTE is something we never do! We were served on both occasions by the owner who was very helpful and happy to recommend and explain the dishes for my vegetarian wife and fussy boys. On both visits the food was of a high standard and for that, hats off to the chef. As well as classic Alpine dishes, such as Tartiflette (which I had on the first visit) and Fondue (which both my wife and I had on the second visit) there was also a good range of French and Italian foods.
