I LOVE this place. Yes, the food is amazing and they have a ton of different variety of flavors and appetizers, even my baby loves it. BUT the service is what keeps me coming back, i’ve been going here since before i was pregnant to the same server everytime, Reese. His performance is outstanding and he really makes you feel like more than “just a table” or “just a guess”. He’s always been very communicative, always checking up on you, wanting to genuinely get to know his guests. I would demand a promotion for him but servers aren’t hourly. Point is he’s amazing, he has kept me, my bestfriend, and now my daughter coming back for almost 2 years now!
Only a one star because I was told you guys changed your leftover box policy due to one single person complaining about it. It's a buffet, of course you have to pay extra to take leftovers home. That's how it works. I was told due to the incident yesterday that you guys aren't giving out to go boxes at all. Ridiculous. Also Aaron was great. It sucks what he had to go through because one lady got upset. I'll change this review to 5 stars once you stop catering to Karens. Edit: Thank you for bringing the boxes back!
This place is simply amazing. I have a severe coconut allergy and I felt completely safe having lunch with the precautions they took to make sure my plates were safe. The cooks are incredibly attentive to allergy customers and it doesn't break their flow at all. Fellow allergy sufferers, you can eat here comfortably because they will take care of you! Such an enjoyable lunch experience. The chefs on Saturday, September 28th really made my afternoon, as well as our waitress.
LOVE THIS PLACE! Red Coconut Curry is only available this month, October. It is fantastic needs to stay permanently!!! My hubby I eat very different foods, so this place allows us to each get exactly what we want A LOT of it. Lol. We over-eat on each visit, but it is just so good!! I recommend the Krab Rangoon the Hot Sour Soup. Both are so delicious! Book a table now
It was a wonderful experience overall. My only minor complaint would be that it seemed like they might have been short-staffed, which resulted in the buffet area being a bit messy. However, the chefs did a fantastic job, and everything tasted amazing. I enjoyed trying out different sauces and vegetables. The price was also excellent.
This is an incredible spot to visit if you're in the mood for a buffet that's made just for you, all at a very reasonable price. They consistently find ways to maximize your budget with daily specials and great deals.
HuHot is always a hot with our family. The food and the experience is always worth the time. Avoid here weekends unless you like packed restaurants and waits for your food to be cooked.
