Not top quality by any stretch of the imaginable but solid and enjoyable. Food 4/5 The food at Huitres et Compagnie is delicious and fresh! This was our final meal after a week in Gruissan. We had been craving some good lobster and when get got the whole cooked lobster au parsley here we were not disappointed. Juicy, well cooked, meaty, delicious lobster.
