Our food was mishandled multiple times before it even made it to us. I noticed staff using their fingers to rearrange salad in the tacos to see which ones were which after taking them out of the wrappers. One employee even put her hand on the rim of my drink cup and crumpled the lid into it. There were just too many hands and germs for my comfort! There were no other customers, and they still managed to mess up my order, which was served cold. Also, they didn’t get the four items we requested for each meal. I placed my order and ended up waiting nearly half an hour. They were quite busy, so I didn’t want to disturb them, but I probably should have checked in earlier. Although they prepared my order, it was never given to me. I believe the manager had to remake it, but the only apology I received was from the person at the window who wasn’t involved with my order. The manager left right after handing off my food. To top it off, I didn't receive the Doritos Locos Taco Supreme that I paid an extra 80 cents for. I had to visit this restaurant twice and honestly, it should have been a three-star experience. The first visit was disappointing because my chips were missing. On the second visit, I had to return for my three-year-old's quesadilla, which was supposed to come with jalapeño sauce, but it was clearly missing. When I got back to the car, I found out that everything else was also wrong with our order, as if no one had even bothered to check it against the screen. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all; there was just one person in line and one car in the parking lot. Overall, my experience was frustrating, and I wouldn't recommend going there again.
The coworkers here are really nice, and in the evenings, they usually prepare my order just right with a good balance of cheese, lettuce, and meat. However, during the day, I've noticed that they tend to be quite stingy with the cheese, often giving barely any at all. Considering the low cost of ingredients, it would be great to see a more generous portion.

The employees are awful here. Especially Corey, he didn’t know what my order was, literally threw sauce packets at me and I had to beg for a bag. After eating 1 of my 3 tacos I came to the realization that the shells were rancid and I became sick for a few days. They didn't have the new blast flavor I had wanted to try. However, the employee working the drive through was very kind.
Every time I go through this location, they always mess up my order and never give me everything I ordered. Real quick to take our money and won't refund for anyone.
Sat in drive thru for 45 minutes only for them to cancel our order, no apology, no trying to make anything right.
