Disgusting. Pathetic. Sad. There aren't enough negative adjectives to describe this place. I got the kaftah for my daughter, the falafel for myself, and the tri tip shawarma for my husband. The kafta was completely raw. I mean 100% unsafe to eat. We tossed the entire container in the trash. Look at the pic. Didn't even try it. The tri tip shawarma was completely dry and rough. The falafel was a soggy disgusting mess. I am certain these positive reviews are fake and paid for by the owner of this restaurant. This place is disgusting. Worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. Money thrown in the trash.
I ordered the garlic cilantro fries and falafel sandwich. Most of it ended up in the garbage. I regret not just throwing the whole thing away. It was that bad. How do you even mess up fries and a sandwich. The falafel Was completely disintegrated and when I went to pick it up it just fell apart from being so soggy. The fries didn't have cilantro or garlic. I paid extra for that and they were clearly frozen French fries. I agree with the other person that said they must have fake reviews. This was disgusting.
Sadly the beef in my pita sandwich was so rubbery, tough, and fatty that I couldn't chew it or swallow without almost choking a few times. The flavor was also way too bland. Too weak on herbs and spices. Very disappointing for this Greek-American. The owner also seemed cold and flustered. He was preoccupied with take-out orders and paid no attention to us, yet we were the only customers in the place. A disappointing discovery of a new place for me... I won't be back.
The beef was really good. The chicken was dry and hard. The rice was also dry. It was at the end of the day and place was empty when I came in. Maybe why the food was dry.
