Giving this one star because of the female server. She begins to make my wrap then soon as the next customer comes through the door female customer instead of making her wait until she was done making my food she goes back and forth making her stuff as well, so now I have to wait even longer ! I was starting to get irritated because I was in a hurry to catch a bus. Was about to say something but didn't have to because the other customer suggested maybe she should finish with me first. I think I might be a little obsessed with this place! I've ordered a bowl both times I've visited, and each time I've eaten so much that I felt completely stuffed because I just couldn't stop. The lemon chicken and crispy garbanzo beans are absolutely delicious. Although I'm not a big fan of dill, the dill cabbage adds a nice, light, and refreshing crunch. The purple cabbage is fantastic as well. Everything is tasty and healthy too! I will definitely be coming back for more!
The food at this restaurant is incredibly fresh and delicious! It's like a Greek version of Chipotle. You can choose from pita, bowls, or wraps and they have many high quality options like kale or fresh greens, with a wide variety of topping choices including several flavors of hummus. My two children and husband were very satisfied with the meal.

Hummus Republic offers a fantastic concept with a wide variety of options to choose from. The restaurant is very clean and well-maintained. I’m giving it 4 stars because my order arrived cold and fell apart when I tried to remove it from the box.
This is one of my favorite places to go out to since entering a gluten free diet. The staff are very friendly and remember consistent customers.
