During the recent plague, they were takeout or delivery only, except for a table and a couple of chairs on the sidewalk, but two tables have returned inside in thelast week or so. I’ve been having hunan tasty for over 20 years now, usually once a month. I usually get delivery, and continue to be impressed with their delivery service, as the driver is really nice, even calling our phone if we don’t hear the doorbell, and dropping off the food on our porch with a smile. The general tso’s chicken here is really good, as well as their chow fun. Egg drop soup is great, although sometimes they make it a bit too salty. The crispy beef tends to be hard at times, but still has some good flavor.The lady who takes our order is pretty quick with the ordering process, using the phone number to help find our address faster. As residents of Oakton, we've been enjoying takeout Chinese food from Hunan Tasty for as long as we can remember. Tonight, my wife picked up beef with black bean sauce on her way home from work. Typically, this dish is good, but today it was outstanding. The vegetables and beef were incredibly fresh and cooked to perfection. We really appreciate the fantastic food and service you provide to our community. Thank you!
We enjoyed some high-quality chicken in the various dishes we tried. The moo shi, sweet and sour chicken, and Hunan chicken were all excellent in flavor. The dumplings were great as well. However, the egg rolls were a bit disappointing, as they mainly contained just cabbage.

I was pleasantly surprised to discover some of the best Chinese food I've had in a long time. Everything was delicious, piping hot, and freshly made! The Sesame Chicken, along with the two egg rolls and extra sweet and sour sauce, were all fantastic!
This is the best Chinese delivery restaurant in the area. Eva is fantastic; she is incredibly helpful and always ensures that my food is perfect when it arrives at home.
This is my favorite Chinese restaurant! The food is amazing, and the staff is always friendly. Their hot and sour soup and General Tso's chicken are delicious!
