The staff at Hunan Village are warm and well-informed. The food is high-quality and offered in generous portions. Parking is easy, with ample space in the mall lot directly outside the restaurant. Furthermore, the restaurant is wheelchair accessible, featuring a level entrance from the street.
Horrible packaging, ordered pickup and my Kung pao chicken spilled all in the inside of the bag. They also forgot to pack the rice that came with it. Egg rolls are now soggy bc they’re soaked in a mess of sauce. Inedible
I ordered beef with snow peas from Hunan Village, but when I got home, I realized they had given me beef with mixed vegetables instead. The menu options need to be double-checked to avoid such mix-ups.
