I went there today and I got what I normally get. However, I have not been there probably all year and I don’t know if the ownership has changed or not but my food was horrible. It had no taste. The fries were oily soggy and I paid like 40 something close to $50 for my order and they barely even came with fries and the fries they did I get were soggy from the oil from everything being on top of it. I also got the mushrooms which I normally get but for some reason these mushrooms were cut up instead of it being a whole mushroom, it was horrible. The menu is a bit confusing. I wound up ordering way too much. Ordered the oysters po-boy only one but two sandwiches were in the box! Is that normal? I also ordered 2-3 piece cod the side was fried zucchini AND it came with fries! That a lotta fried stuff! The fish was delicious; corn bread batter along with great tarter sauce. Fries were over cooked and not edible which was fine as I had plenty of fresh fried zucchini to substitute. While abundant the oysters po-boy was way too much. I had a fantastic dining experience with their ample fish fillet. Since it's the Lenten season, I've been focusing on fish dishes, and this restaurant definitely stood out. I would give it an A+ for the excellent seasoning—nothing was overcooked, and the outside had a delightful mild crunch while the inside remained very meaty. They had run out of cod, but the pollock was equally satisfying. I will absolutely return. While the prices are on the higher side, you definitely get what you pay for: fresh fish cooked to perfection!
Ive only had the sole , onion rings and chips. I love the fish here a bit pricey (6pcs 35$)but worth it somewhat I suppose since eveything is made fresh and tastes good. The only thing I would say is sometimes the chips dont taste fresh not saying they arent but I didnt like that. They are Supposed to be made from fresh cut potatoes and fried to order. Other than that I recommend this place if you want some good fried seafood. Oh they have fried mushrooms that are good as well , if your into that.

Oh my gosh! The staff here is absolutely incredible. The customer service is top-notch, and everyone is incredibly kind. Your food is prepared only after you place your order, ensuring that it’s always served hot. The portion sizes are generous, so you definitely get a lot for a very reasonable price. You can choose to dine indoors or outdoors, and your server will bring your food to you. This place is fantastic, and fish lovers are sure to enjoy their meals!
This establishment is in terrible condition. There were roaches everywhere, and as soon as I walked in, I noticed a cockroach the size of a dog. To make matters worse, I found what appeared to be a fried rat in my food. I suspect they may be hiding bodies in the back. Since my visit, my 5-year-old son has gone missing. Please pray for justice for Isaac Dingle.
I discovered that H Salt on San Pablo had closed down, and since I was in town for the day from five hours away, I thought this restaurant would be a good option. Unfortunately, I was mistaken. The owner was inside, the lights were off, and they were conducting repairs. They informed us that they would reopen next Sunday.
The restaurant has changed ownership, and unfortunately, the quality has declined. The fish was overcooked and dry, and the portion of the cod was only half the usual size. I've been a loyal customer for over eight years, and I'm very disappointed with this visit. Food rating: 1/5.
