I 've been spoiled by other Indian restaurants. I 've had Indian food with better flavor, and dining experience. If you 're craving Indian food, and are in the area, this place might get the job done, but it 's not mind-blowing. Also, I 'm not sure if I wasearly, or what the issue was, but when I went here I had to wait more than 30 minutes just to get a menu. I don 't take it toheart, I was joking about it while texting, but things like this make me want to leave and look for other restaurants while I 'mwaiting. The food at this restaurant is excellent and the service is top-notch. The curry chicken is a particularly delicious and creamy dish. The spice level is mild, but can be adjusted if you prefer it spicier. The food tastes fresh and is clearly made with care. The atmosphere could use some improvement as the space is small and the booths are not very stylish, but I am there for the food, not the decor. The restaurant seems to do a lot of takeout and delivery orders, which contributes to the lack of customers dining in. It could benefit from a more modern update. Overall, my son enjoys the food and it is definitely a good spot to visit.
Every order always has some kind of problem/issue... missing or wrong items, stale or nearly spoiled fillings in samosa, old rice, undercooked dough/bread. To make things worse, don't dare call to complain otherwise, you will get yelled at andinterrupted by someone who says you don't understand Indian food (lol). Like others have said, there is much better Indian foodaround the city...F this place. Also overpriced af.
I absolutely adore the food at this restaurant. I can't comment on the customer service because I haven't dined in the actual restaurant, but the food is incredibly delicious. I've been to a few Indian restaurants, but this one is definitely the best. The portions are generous, everything is well-seasoned, and it's overall amazing. This spot has single-handedly made me semi-obsessed with Indian cuisine.

Hungry Bird is my go-to place for lunch! They offer fantastic lunch specials for both takeout and dining in, plus a dinner deal featuring an appetizer and entrée for $20. Their Chicken Tikka Masala is outstanding. I also highly recommend the biriyani, chicken samosas, and paneer sagwala for vegetarians. I visit at least a few times each month and have always been impressed.
Excellent naan and chicken tikka masala. Good chicken saag. $15.99 for each dish is not cheap, though. Good service. Would go there again for sure.
The restaurant is small, but the food is delicious. They primarily do takeout, which is common for restaurants on Morris Avenue.
The Chicken Tikka Masala was delicious, and the garlic bread was served hot and fresh. Overall, the meal was quite enjoyable.
