My husband and I did a cooking class with Samantha where we learned to make Lobster Risotto and Creme Brulee. Both items turned out really good and I definitely feel like I could make them at home. You even go home with written recipes. It was a small setting, just 4 of us in the class, but that made it really enjoyable and hands on. I especially appreciate that Sam was willing to make accommodation for me as I do not like lobster so she made a wonderful chicken breast for me and even a separate pan of Risotto so that mine did not have the lobster stock in it. Overall the night was very enjoyable and we would definitely consider doing it again if we ever find ourselves back in Pittsburgh.
