Hungry Highlander - Table reservation

Based on reviews, we thought we would give this place a try. We had just driven in from Dresden, and it was about on a Monday night. Parking was definitely a challenge, even at this point in the day, but we found a spot...around the corner by the museum which had closed. The inside part of the restaurant was nearly empty I didn't look but I assume most were out back in the garden area but we chose to sit up front in the main window to people watch. They do have menu's in English which was nice. We all ordered burgers, but my daughter and I asked for no condiments of any kind. We were very explicit about just meat and bread. Found this place and seated in the courtyard through the back of the pub which is nice and cosy and quite interesting surroundings. I had the chilliburger which arrived with plenty of fries and all the food was really good. Good selection of beer but...lucky i had cash as no cards accepted. All in all spot on

This place is a famous meeting place for students. It has some amazing and cheap vegetarian dishes that can also be served vegan. But sometimes you have to wait a long time, especially in summer. I would recommend a reservation!

Nice restaurant with a small beer garden. The food was delicious and food prized. Waitress was nice, quick and knowledgeable about the menu. Good variety of food from burgers to salads and even Mexican food. Nice atmosphere

Friendly people served delicious falafel. The salad and choice of hamburgers was also nice. Not to forget to mention the good choice of local beer. Beste Value for money
