Online ordering was straightforward; I placed my order directly through Howie's website, and it was delivered by an excellent Dasher. Unfortunately, the food was only mediocre. I tried the mac and cheese pizza with a buttery cheese crust and pumpkin spice bread with extra icing. The crust had no flavor, and the pizza lacked the promised panko breadcrumbs. To top it off, I didn't receive the extra icing I paid for. The bread was disappointing as well—both the pizza crust and the bread were tough and dry, resembling cardboard. I ordered a few pizzas today for myself and the kids, and we had already begun eating when I found hair baked into one of the slices. This location has really declined over the years. There's always new staff, and their attitudes can be quite unpleasant. It seems like the employees are overworked, often staying from open to close. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from them again until they start wearing hair nets. Time to head to Green Lantern instead!

The man who works there has a very salty attitude everytime I go in there to order food. He always asks me if I'm waiting for a bus, as if that's a bus stop. There's also no tables to eat at, I can't drive so eating inside a car isn't an option for me. I placed my order via text for a lunchtime pickup. It was ready when I arrived, but I had specifically requested no butter or parmesan on my deluxe pizza, which is noted on the receipt. Unfortunately, the pizza still had both. I don’t have the time to go back and have it corrected, so it ended up in the trash. The salad was fine, but I won’t be returning again. I don’t want to waste my money.
One of the best locations. My only issue is they 've forgotten to add the hot honey drizzle to their bee sting pizza on several occasions. Prior to this, I 've had no issues.
Pizza took an hour for delivery. Was cold when I received it. Lady doing delivery didn't have on any type of uniform was talking on the phone when the pizza was dropped
