My wife likes the bread here, but I tried this place several times and other than good service is the food really not good, especially for the price. In previous visits I had steaks that were difficult to achieve in the right deed and with little spice. It was always unnoticed, but today we were in the area and decided to try one last time. The result? A meal that is embarrassing by all standards. I ordered the French diving sandwich that only a few pieces of meat, which was a clearly reheated (mikaved) meat taste (very unpleasant), one under baked Gooey beung and my side was onion rings-all three of them! Not the Hungry Hunter's, which I remember, although the remodeling was made beautiful and is top notch. I've been here for 15 years. I feel like he lost his shine! I wonder if my Margarita was actually done with Patron Anejo! In any case disappointed that I did not see any disabled accessible parking at the next entrance to the facility, which I believe is actually a legal requirement. The 3 parking spaces next to the main entrance should all be referred to as disabled parking spaces, the centre being wheelchair accessible. I'm not coming back until it's corrected!
Friday night here. Was immediately greeted and waited to sit for a few minutes. Caleb was our waiter and did an excellent job. Your warm bread and honey butter was great. The table side salad bar is a fun way to build a salad. The steaks were perfectly prepared like the Veggies. They offered some amazing desserts, but unfortunately we didn't leave a room. I'd eat here the next time I'm in Bakersfield!
The service was the 1st rate (thanks to Caleb! , the food was excellent Prime Rib and a Ribeye Steak and the experience was overall very good!! I will return to my next visit to do it again! Thank you Hungry Hunter Steakhouse!!!
