I always find that there is a lack of staff when I come in to place an order at this restaurant. The employees do not seem to communicate effectively, leading to extremely long wait times after ordering. Additionally, they often do not pay attention to special requests such as no pickles, sauce on the side, or less salt, which can affect the overall dining experience.
Whenever I have eaten here I always regret it due to the long waits. Conveniently located in the food court but do yourself a favour and go eat some healthier food.
The service was prompt and efficient. There were no major complaints. It would have been better if the fries were fresh and hot.
