A few years ago, I purchased a Hungry Jack's burger meal at Central Station out of necessity, as there were no other options available. As most people already know, the food did not resemble the delicious images in the advertisements. After that experience, I swore off Hungry Jack's. Fast forward to recently when I needed a quick and convenient meal, I decided to give Hungry Jack's another chance. Unfortunately, my meal was disappointing once again. The burger was just as unappetizing as before. I may consider trying Hungry Jack's again in the future, but I am not sure if it will be worth it.
I went to this restaurant with some friends and used the drive-thru. The service was quick and friendly, but I don't plan on returning. We ordered a variety of meals and the order was accurate. We had to wait for a few items to be freshly cooked, which was fine. However, the girl at the drive-thru was rude and didn't fill the fries or drink to the top, and the burgers were soggy. Overall, the meal was just okay and I don't plan on going back. It seems like they are more focused on making a profit rather than providing good food and service. I'm not sure what their intentions are.
I arrived there at to order and have lunch. There was only in line before me. I waited mins and there were still in line to be served. The one in front of me walked out after minutes, and I...decided after minutes, I only get hour lunch break. No service at all. So I went down the road to McDonald's and within minutes got service and minutes my lunch. Hungry Jacks need to lift your game up!
Like all Hungry Jacks the food is better than Maccas. The only thing I absolutely hate is when you choose from the Menu in the drive through each item is attempted to be upsold. JUST GIVE me what I asked for.
